Full Time Nanny Needed For Twin Boys

We have identical twin boys who recently turned 1-year-old. We are looking for a nanny to commit to working with us for about 1 year for 28-35 hours per week, with some flexibility in the schedule. We need help with the basics - feeding, playtime, naptime, keeping the twins on schedule throughout the day. Other duties include cleanup and laundry for the twins. We love the outdoors and live in a beautiful area with a big back yard, so we are encouraging as much outdoor play as is reasonable. Willingness to do the occasional travel weekend, date night, or summer sailing trip is a bonus. Mom works from home 3 days throughout the week and will be available for help if needed. Other immediate family members come and go for further assistance. We are looking for a fun, positive energy nanny to play fun games/activities with them and grow with us
