They have three young children-ages 4.5, 2.5, and 5 months-and an au pair who will share childcare duties. The family values kindness, consistency, and teamwork, and they're excited to find a nanny who will grow with them through this next chapter. The Role (Day-to-Day Care) The nanny will be responsible for the children's full daily routines-managing school drop-offs/pickups, planning engaging age-appropriate activities, preparing meals/snacks, and supporting developmental milestones through play and learning. Light household duties include family laundry and unloading the dishwasher. The nanny should be comfortable driving (vehicle provided) and confident around water, as the new home includes a pool. Collaboration & Communication Mom works in the office three days a week and appreciates a nanny who communicates clearly and respectfully. The role requires teamwork with both parents and the au pair, so flexibility and a positive attitude are essential. The family values open dialogue, a calm demeanor, and a professional who can take feedback in stride. Travel While the family doesn't travel frequently, they appreciate a nanny open to occasional domestic or international travel opportunities.
