Hi there! Im a nurse mom and grad student I am looking for a caring, reliable sitter for my 5-year-old daughter. I work two overnight shifts per week (7 PM7 AM) shes asleep by 8 p.m. and Im home by 7:30 a.m. before she wakes up. Im offering a flat overnight rate since shell be asleep most of the time, with a negotiable hourly rate for awake hours. Im also looking for occasional weekend help so I can catch up on errands and schoolwork. Over time, Id love to find someone who feels like part of our family someone my daughter can get to know and trust for future sitting or summer help.
