Nanny Needed For 1 Child In Avon

About the job

Seeking a nanny in Avon for 1 child (2 yo) starting in late June / early July. We have one older dog and both work from home. Our house has plenty of space to play and a big backyard. Ideally, we would love help 8a-6p but can typically be flexible on start/stop time in general, and on specific days. Our son loves being outside, so we're looking for someone who also finds joy in the outdoors. At the same time, he's a big fan of being read to, playing with trucks, and doing art projects. He does not use screens. We believe in gentle (not permissive) parenting, where we give as much latitude as possible / safe and then draw firm boundaries and hold to them.
