About the job

I have an attached3-year-old little girl. She's got a very strong personality and a slight speech delay. She is not on the spectrum, but has a little bit of trouble communicating with what she wants, which ends in tantrums. We are in progress with getting speech therapy started. Just wanted to let you know that tantrums will probably happen. I had a part-time nanny, and I'm just not sure if her and my toddlers personalities meshed very well. So I need somebody who is good at calming her down with tantrums. I don't need you to cook, clean, anything like that. I would like for you to help with potty training though. I really just need somebody who is calm mannered, sweet, and will just play with her. She seems to have some trust issues ever since I brought her first nanny into the picture.
