We're seeking a part-time nanny (15-20 hrs/wk) for our curious, joyful toddler. We value a Montessori-inspired, child-led approach and hope to find someone kind, compassionate, and emotionally attuned. You also love planning creative, fun activities - arts, outdoor play, little adventures - and supporting big toddler feelings with patience and care. Reliability, warmth, and a love of learning through play are a must. If you're playful, nurturing, and aligned with gentle parenting, we'd love to meet you! We're looking for someone who is available Tues, Wed, and Thurs 8am-1pm, with the possible addition of Mondays should that work.
