We have a 6-year-old boy and a 2. 5-year-old girl. Our son is bright and energetic. He has autism with a PDA profile, ADHD, and some behavioral challenges. He thrives with adults who are flexible, match his energy, and skilled at following a child's lead. Our daughter is sweet, playful, and loves ballerinas. We are looking for someone who can primarily spend time with our son in the community (parks, library, at home, etc.), help him regulate after school, and support safe and low-demand outings. At times, we will also need help with our daughter either one-on-one or in a tag-team format. We're looking for 8-15 hours per week during the school year, with flexibility. Ideal windows include: 2-3 weekdays from 4-6 p.m. (pickups from school in Parker possible); and 4-8 hours on weekends. Tues/Thurs 46 p.m. after ABA (Highlands
