PT Nanny + Household Manager Needed For 2 Children

We are looking for a PT Nanny + Household Manager for 2 children for 8-10 hours a week, starting May/June 2024 - the next 1-2 years. As entrepreneurs, with dad working from home and mom staying home most of the time, we need help with childcare (18 mo. girl and boy due June 2024) and household duties: Cleaning, meal prep, organization, etc. Our ideal candidate will be outgoing, fun, active, communicative, accountable and have solid values. We also need our caregiver to have experience with BOTH toddlers and newborns, a reliable vehicle, and be available consistently during afternoon/evening hours (we schedule certain dates a month in advance and would like to have a typical schedule, but need some flexibility on a week to week basis).
