About the job

Caregiving position for 24-year-old special needs girl. Strength, Endurance, Positive Attitude, Observation skills required, must be able to pick up 85lbs , Assist w dressing, bathing, feeding and mobility, tube feeding, teeth brush, toilet or pullup change. Constant dialog about what comes next so she can help choose or help hold her weight. Non-verbal but can blink for yes/agreement. Daytime consists of yoga, stretching, walk with full assist, sit/stands, strolling around Foods, shopping, listening to music, swimming. Patience and Kindness are key. Younger and strong is necessary, lots of time on the floor stretching and helping her with yoga poses. Lift of her chair and helping her stand and transfer. Strong back is required. Our daughter is 85lbs. Reliability is a must.. 2 10 hour days plus half day if you like
