My daughter will be 4. 5 months old by the time we will need some help. My mother-in-law will be moving and looking for someone to take over our everyday childcare. We are looking for someone who will be consistent, reliable, and will love and care for our child as we do. She is already getting such a personality and can only imagine she will be more fun in the next couple months.
