Nanny Needed For My Children

About the job

I am looking for a nanny that can be flexible with my changing schedule. I am in real estate and have a demanding schedule. My daughter is 5 and I would like to have one consistent person to be able to watch her when she is not at daycare/pre-school. She very much likes swimming and horseback riding. She loves doing crafts and science experiments. I would love to give her a little bit more structure as my schedule is all over the place. I would be looking for a lot of evening and weekend care mainly.
