This position is ideal for someone who is adaptable, collaborative, and has a strong interest in nurturing a child's growth and development. One parent is a firefighter and works on a rotational shift schedule. One parent often works from home on "shift days." This role is not a great fit for someone with a strict schedule (e. g. only working on T/R) or someone who isn't comfortable with being a team player OR primary caregiver on any given day. This role is ideal for a student (one parent works in higher education, so willingness to work around class schedules is high) who values learning and teaching. This role will almost always fall between 8 a.m. - 4 pm, but does not have to be a full day (we have family support in town). This is a PART-TIME position (max 15 hours) and will likely include 1-2 days of care during the work week.
