We are currently looking for a long-term, full-time nanny to care for our 7-month-old daughter and 3-year-old son. The nanny will primarily care for the baby during the day but will spend a few hours with our son in the afternoon when he gets home from preschool. We practice attachment focused parenting, and sturdy parenting which looks like supporting children through big emotions while still holding firm boundaries. We are a screen-free family. A great fit would be someone that is active and likes going to storytime, parks, and different classes, as well as creating fun sensory activities and crafts. As the baby grows they should enjoy going to museums and the zoo.
