Hello! My name is Charissa and I'm a first-time mom to a 5-month-old. I have been back to work full time from home, and it has been challenging! My MIL is here two days a week and I'm currently looking for someone to help fill in some extra time so I can focus on work. Ideally, I'm looking for Tuesdays and Thursdays for 6-8 hour stretches but I'm also flexible and can work around your schedule too! C. is a super sweet little guy. Right now, he naps about 4-5 times a day and has 2 hour wake windows in between. He takes a bottle very well. I'm an exclusive pumper and will have bottles ready to go in the fridge each day.
