My daughter (7) is easygoing and has a lot of energy. My son (10) is autistic, very smart and verbal, sometimes has issues with emotional regulation. Need a nanny who is able to read his emotional state and help him when he is having a hard time. I work an irregular schedule (available in advance) so need someone who can work days, evenings, and weekends. Can guarantee 25-30 hrs./week and some weeks will be more.
