Two first time parents, are welcoming their newborn babies and they look forward to forming a nanny share! They are looking for an experienced and passionate, kind, infant nanny to help guide them through their first year of life. They are looking forward to welcoming candidates with previous nanny share/multiples experience to ease this time of transition in their lives. They also are hoping to gain a nanny that can help guide them with milestones, put them on a good feeding/napping schedule, navigate temperament issues. The families live a block away from each other and plan on splitting time between the houses weekly. All parents work a hybrid in office - work from home schedule and while they are respectful of boundaries and will keep mostly to themselves in offices.
