Young professional family looking for care (estimated 6-18 mo. minimum) for a happy, energetic 19-month-old. She's very verbal but has not started potty training yet so will need help with that. She loves books, playing outside, and meeting other kids. She's very high energy and intelligent, so we are looking for a nanny with a lot of patience and energy. Mom & Dad work outside the home so looking for full-time (8-5) in home care with lots of activities. She takes one nap a day and LOVES snacks. Minimal meal prep for baby only. Must have reliable car and insurance, desire to explore park visits and structured activities outside the home if everyone feels comfortable once settled. Willing to pay at higher end of range for candidates with strong references and childcare experience. Allergy warning - we have 2 cats.
