Seeking Full-time Nanny For Our 2.5 Year Old Starting End Of April

We are seeking a new full time caregiver for our sweet, bright, energetic, sensitive 2. 5-year-old (technically two years and eight months) boy, and potentially another kiddo of a similar age. For the last year and a half, our son has been with his nanny and her 2. 5-year-old daughter, but our wonderful nanny is moving on to a different career; we would potentially like to keep the kids together with a new caregiver. Our top priority is providing a safe, loving, nurturing environment for our son. Our ideal candidate will be full of love, patient, and up for coming up with fun, age appropriate activities to keep our bright kiddo learning-- including taking him to classes or daily outings. We practice child-led learning, as well as BigLittleFeelings and follow Dr. Becky's style of teaching emotional regulation skills. My husband and I are both working parents in demanding jobs, so we need someone who is organized, dependable and highly responsible. Must also be willing to do a background check, and have a clean driving record.
