Our daughter P will be 4 months old when we start needing childcare in June. We'll be trying to follow a Montessori/child-led approach to her development, and would love a care provider who can follow that philosophy as well. Also, somebody who speaks at least some Spanish would be great (though not required), because we're raising her bilingual!
