Full time nanny in castle rock for newborn twins starting December We are a warm, close-knit family in Castle Rock excited to welcome newborn twins around 12/25, and we're looking for a kinda, flexible and traditional values looking for a full-time position for the next 1-2 years. We have a spiritual and Christian style approach and hope to find someone like minded. Schedule: Monday-Friday. The first 3 months will have extra hours while mom and dad recover (I'll be on bed rest the first month, and my husband is having wrist surgery). After that, the role settles into a consistent 40 hrs/week. What we're looking for: Someone experienced, reliable, and genuinely loves being part of a family team 5+ years nanny and usually has had daycare/early childhood experience 5+ years infant care experience (twins/multiples is a huge plus!) Comfortable with a no-screen-time policy for infants the first year Able to help with dishes, simple meal prep, tidying, and baby-related tasks Has their own reliable car and ideally lives within 15 minutes of Castle Rock CPR/First Aid or willing to update Start Date: Around 12/25, flexible to early January if needed. About our home: We're friendly and very much a team. Our 4-year-old is independent and in school full-time. We'd love to find someone who is dependable, has a strong work ethic, and enjoys being in a home with structure, warmth, and traditional family values (shared values welcome but not required).
