Looking For A Loving And Kind Babysitter For Our Infant And Toddler

I just had my second child and I am looking for someone who is passionate about caring for children and providing a safe space to learn and grow. I am looking for someone to watch my infant and toddler, three days a week once I go back to work from maternity leave. We have a dog who is 12 years old and loves people. We lean towards Montessori type learning and limit screen time with our kids. We also try to limit toxic materials in the home like not having candles or air fresheners, no fragrances, clean soaps and laundry detergents just to give you a little insight into how we live. Please let me know if you are interested in the position. We enjoy working out, taking health seriously, being outside and going to church. We are a nondenominational Christian household. We value trust, respect and integrity. We are both in the law enforcement world and come from military backgrounds. I am also a mental health therapist and have my own private practice along with working at a community mental health agency in arapahoe county. Our toddler loves being outside and exploring. He loves playing in water and learning new things. He will also climb just about anything. Our toddler needs help with keeping firm boundaries but also nurturing his curious and explorer side. Some education either formal or informal on child development and Montessori type learning. Please no drugs, nicotine, vaping or anything of the sort. Some light house keeping would be nice (like vacuuming since our dog sheds a lot). Some knowledge on leaps and how to support our children when they experience a new one. There is street or drive way parking. One dog and he is a German shepherd mix. He is cuddly and loves people, not the biggest fan of other dogs. He is great off leash and loves going on walks.
