We're seeking an experienced nanny for our 4-month-old daughter in Boulder starting January 5. Hours: 8am-5 p.m. on a rotating schedule (20-30 hrs/week, 20-hour minimum guaranteed). Long-term W-2 contract through September 2025+. Schedule (may vary): Week 1: Mon-Tue | Week 2: Mon, Thu, Fri | Week 3: Mon, Fri | Week 4: Mon, Thu, Fri Responsibilities: Attentive infant care, feeding, diaper changes, naps, age-appropriate activities, light baby-related housekeeping (bottles, laundry, tidying). Compensation: Competitive hourly rate with paid time off and holidays after trial period. Requirements: Proven infant care experience with references CPR/First Aid certified or willing to obtain Reliable transportation Comfortable with dogs (no pet care required) Flexibility for occasional schedule changes
