About the job
Were hoping to find someone attachment-oriented, grounded, and nature-loving, who honors the sovereignty and rhythm of little ones (bonus if familiar with RIE or similar approaches). We live on a horse ranch in west marin, and small hobby farm, so theres lots of outdoor time and animal connection in our days. Nature lover is a must!
