This is a W2 payroll job. Seeking a compassionate and patient individual to serve as a companion for an 11-year-old child with autism and ADHD. The ideal candidate will provide emotional support, homework assistance, and engage in meaningful interactions. This position offers a flexible schedule for evenings and weekends. We have a primary nanny, looking for someone who can do evening/bedtime shifts and weekends. Responsibilities: Emotional Support: Provide understanding and patience to help navigate emotions, when facing non-preferred tasks or challenges. Companionship: Engage the child in activities that promote social interaction, creativity, and personal growth. Assistance with Homework: Offer guidance and support, ensuring that the child stays focused and on task. Must love pets! We have a 3-year-old Labradoodle!
