Seeking Early Childhood Educated Nanny (Part-Time/Full-Time) Nanny Share For Two Families

We are two families currently seeking a warm, reliable nanny with a background in early childhood education to assist with part-time or full-time care for our young children. My family has a 2-year-old and is expecting a second child in early 2026. The second family has a 1. 5-year-old, and for the past year, our two toddlers have been cared for together in a nanny share, alternating between our homes. We're looking for someone who is nurturing, experienced with young children, and values developmental play, consistency, and strong caregiver-child relationships. Ideally, the right candidate will have a degree or certification in early childhood education (or equivalent experience) and be CPR/First Aid certified or willing to become certified. Were flexible on the schedule and open to discussing both part-time and full-time arrangements.
