Looking For Part Time Nanny For 5 Year Old Boy

Hi. I'm a single working mom looking for help on the days that I work--Monday, through Wednesday each week. My 5-year-old son is currently not in school but will hopefully be returning soon (in which case, hours may change slightly but days of the week will remain the same). My son is very active, but currently having some behavior issues that we are trying to help him with, including hitting, kicking, and throwing things, so the ideal nanny will either have experience or know how to handle this sort of behavior. My mom also lives with us but is having trouble with these behaviors and can't watch him for a long day as she has been. My son can be a very sweet and loving little boy. He loves slides, building things (ie legos, train sets, etc), and playing at the park. We do have a couple of parks in our neighborhood that we like to go to.
