Loving Nanny Wanted For Our Playful 3-Year-Old Girl

We're looking for a warm & loving, reliable, and playful nanny for our almost 3-year-old daughter. She's curious, fun, and loves hands-on activities. Care is 2-3 days a week, 4-6 hours a day, starting time in the morning is between 8-9 a.m. Hours and days can vary, flexibility is appreciated. Care takes place at our work in Ventura and sometimes at our home in Oxnard -- one or both parents are usually present. We ask for minimal phone use and no screen time for our daughter. She has eczema, so please avoid perfumes or scented products. Light meal prep and tidying is expected. Must be a non-smoker. Spanish-speaking is a plus but not required.
