Part Time Caregiver Needed For Joyful Toddler

My daughter is an energetic and fun loving 2-year-old who loves to play. She is very social, and does best with a mix of play and crafts at home, outdoor play, and adventures to parks, the beach, the library, etc. We parent without screens and ask our caregivers to do the same. We do not live near public transit, so the caregiver must have their own vehicle. One parent is not working full time, so we are looking for less than full time help. The ideal scenario for us would be 3-4 days a week, 5 hours a day, and generally starting in the morning. Some days would need to be full days (school day hours) but this would be planned ahead of time.
