Seeking a nanny not a babysitter to join our family and look after our child. We also want to nanny share with our friends child who is 1-month-older and needs part time care so 20-25 hours could be 2 x 4-month-olds. The time will be split between 2 and 1 child. Only looking for experienced help, someone who knows about 4 month + olds. We are looking for a nanny who is kind, caring, creative but experienced. Not super strict or distracted by phones. As parents we all want to be around and involved but all work in the film and music industry so have some days where we need extra support. We dont just want to hand our kids over, were looking for someone to be around with us. We really want someone who we can ask advice from as we learn our babies stages. We want someone who we can see as a family member not a cleaner, babysitter, etc.
