About the job
I need someone who can help give the kids routine. Someone who is warm and loving so the kids feel like you are their older sister kind of relationship- a friend, but you are in charge. We recently moved into my father in laws house. He and my husband work from home but are not helpful. Sometimes they join for dinner. The house is full and not kid friendly. But it's large so there is what to work with. Kids get picked up from school bus or local daycare between 3:45 and 4:15. Everything is in walking distance but I usually drive. We get home by 4:25/30. We then have a wind down time with some snacks- although I'm trying to pivot to give them dinner right away. I don't usually have it ready in time Dinner Prep for the next day. Bath Bed I would love help with light housework like sweeping, cooking, and dishes
