We value teaching our 5 months old daughter to enjoy nature, be independent (from developing fine motor skills all the way to eventually feeding herself and participating in chores), and teaching her to play on her own and with others. We also want her to be exposed to more words including non-English languages. We are seeking a caregiver who can engage her through developmentally appropriate activities such as reading, going for walks, etc. without relying on screens or overstimulating toys. We also need someone who can do her diaper changes, feedings (including solids once she starts), laundry, wash bottles, clean up the play space, and baths. Experience with nap training and potty training is a plus. We are located near BART and major highways. We are a pet-free, non-smoking, and vegetarian household.
