Nanny For 7 Month Old In Tustin

My husband and I both work from home, and I start work full time again in Jan, so we are looking for a nanny for our baby will be 7-month-old then. We are looking for someone who has experience working with 7 month - 2-year-old babies, and who can come regularly for a long period as we are tentatively planning to wait to send her to daycare until shes at least 1. 5 - 2 years. We would like someone who can help foster curiosity, independence, and learning through play, as we are limiting screen use during first year at least. My mom will be watching her 1-2 days a week so will like someone whos available at least 3 days a week. Im also working part time in Dec so ideally would like someone who can start a few days in mid -late Dec to help with the transition before Jan, but if Dec timing doesnt work, thats not a dealbreaker
