This position requires complete focus, confidence, and the ability to manage two young children at the same time. Full, independent care. 100% focus on the children no phones, no distractions. Constant verbal engagement in native English (language development, vocabulary, gestures). Daily developmental activities: reading, singing, sensory play, outdoor time. Strict no-screen household. Diapering, maintaining cleanliness, organizing play areas. Naps/bedtime routine. punctual and reliable. Expertise with ages 1-2 and early childhood development techniques. High energy Long-term Higher rate for caring for 2 children with rate growth
