We are currently seeking a nanny to help care for our two sons, aged 5 and 3, four to five days a week, generally from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. The primary responsibilities include: - School pick-ups in Agoura Hills (our home is in Thousand Oaks). - Taking the boys to various activities, the park, the library, and potentially the beach during the summer. - Engaging in activities they enjoy, such as riding bikes and meeting with friends. - Performing light household duties while the children are at school to ensure the smooth operation of our home. We are looking for a caregiver who is empathetic, listens to the children's needs, but is also comfortable being authoritative and maintaining necessary boundaries. Communication is key, both with the children and between the parents and caregiver. We are a supportive family, committed to providing the resources needed for success, and we highly value someone who can think on their feet and find imaginative solutions.
