I’m a single mom and real estate agent looking for a warm, loving, and flexible babysitter to help with my sweet almost 6-year-old daughter. My schedule can be unpredictable with client dinners or last-minute showings, so I need someone dependable who can help on evenings (she’s asleep around 7:30/8 PM) and occasionally for short daytime shifts so I can get to a workout class or home tour. Most of the time it’s simply keeping her routine and creating a calm, caring environment. She’s bright, kind, and loves art, the outdoors, swimming, singing, dancing, and playing with toys.
