Were a busy, loving family with three boys (8, 6, 6) and both parents working full-time in the schools, seeking a proactive, flexible house manager/family assistant to help our organized chaos run smoothly. Start is 6 hours/week, mostly weekdays, with potential for occasional extra hours or date-night childcare. Duties include kid laundry, light tidying, snack prep, optional cooking, organizing spaces (game closet, rooms, sports gear), returning packages, and small errands. Must be a reliable driver for sports (sometimes all three in different places!). Our boys are sweet, active, sports-loving energetic, curious, and yes, they sometimes test your patience! This role is for someone who can anticipate needs, take initiative, and truly be an extension of our family.
