My newborn is 1-month-old and she eats every 3 hours. I breastfeed and pump , I also alternate each feed between breastfeeding and bottle feeding breast milk. ie) breastfeed at 3 p.m. , bottle feed at 6pm, etc Normal day is wake up between 6&9 a.m. to change and feed baby then normally awake till about midnight. I might have some naps that are maybe an hour long if Im lucky. Im normally home most the day unless I feel couped up then I might go out and walk around for about 30-45 minutes then come back home.
