We're a warm family new to Temecula seeking a nurturing, dependable nanny to care for our active 3- and 1-year-old sons. Our backyard offers space for outdoor play, and we minimize screen time to encourage creative, hands-on activities. Our oldest has food allergies, so we keep allergens out of the house and prepare all meals at home. Both parents travel for work with on-call schedules, so flexibility is preferred, but we can also work around a regular weekday 9-5 schedule if needed. This is a core nanny role that will work solo, sometimes with 1 parent, and sometimes with grandparents who help with overnight care. We value open communication and treat our caregivers as an important extension of our family.
