Were seeking a warm, caring nanny for our two daughters (ages 3 and 5). The ideal candidate genuinely enjoys playing with children, plans fun, age-appropriate activities, and fosters social-emotional growth in a nurturing, screen-free environment. Our family follows a gentle parenting approach with firm, consistent boundaries, and wed like our nanny to share that philosophy. Most of the time will be spent with our older daughter, whos in kindergarten. A typical day includes picking her up from school, spending time together, then picking up our younger daughter from daycare and meeting one of us at home.
