We value peace, joy, and happiness in our home. A good work/life balance is what we need as we both work from home or in a hybrid situation. Time spent with our daughter is highly valued when we are not stressed going to work or coming off from work. A caretaker in the evenings is what we need most right now. Our daughter loves to draw, make crafts, dance to music, play dress-up and going to the local parks to play. She is currently enrolled in a Mandarin dual immersion program and we are considering getting her interested in soccer and playing piano. Our neighborhood is very friendly and easy to walk around, many children live in the area and on occasion might make for a good playdate. Studying math, speaking mandarin, and reading. Also needs to learn a great deal of patience and concentration on doing her chores. Caregivers should be flexible and understanding. We are sometimes not as strict with our daughter as we would like to be, she knows how to use her cuteness against us. A caregiver with patience and a knack for creativity would be ideal. Being able to speak mandarin would be a huge plus but not a requirement. Ample parking on our quiet street. Cat and dog. Very friendly. The dog usually stays with the grandparents as we rarely have time anymore to walk him. The cat requires minimal attention and is well behaved.
