Nanny / Mother's Helper Role For Newborn In South Lake Tahoe

We're a family of 3 + dog, soon to be 4 in South Lake Tahoe. With a due date in early December, we're trying to explore care options now. We're looking for some combination of a night nanny early on, and a mother's helper role for a more extended time. We're looking for an arrangement that gives us the flexibility to say "we're really looking for more time with the kiddos today - can you help with dinner / laundry / grocery shopping today?" and also "we're totally kidded out, can you please just go into full-on nanny mode this time?" In terms of hours, we're looking for part time - probably along the lines of 2 full days and 2 half days per week, but we'll be trying to feel out what works.
