Part-Time Caregiver For Sweet, Highly Gifted 9-Year-Old (Sherman Oaks)

We're looking for a warm, patient caregiver for our sweet, highly gifted 9-year-old son (ASD Level 1). He's curious, friendly, and thrives with calm, steady adults. His RBT is present most days for added support. Schedule: Mon & Tue, 3-7 p.m. (core days), with optional hours Wed/Thu/Fri. 8-12 hrs/week. Duties: Drive him to activities, supervise during classes/outings, support transitions, and encourage quiet or creative independent activities at home. No tutoring or housework. Requirements: Reliable car, safe driver, responsible, Neurodivergent experience is a plus but not required. Compensation: $25-32/hr total, depending on experience (includes private supplemental pay) Mileage reimbursement for all child-related driving W-2 through our caregiving agency for authorized hours (registration required)
