We are looking for 3 days per week care for our daughter, age 1, at our home in Scotts Valley. She is just taking her first steps and saying her first words, and is very engaging and sweet (most of the time). We're looking for someone who will be focused on our daughter's safety, well-being, happiness, and development. Reading, talking, and playing with her are important aspects of her day, in addition to taking care of her basic needs. We are looking for 3 full days per week, but have some flexibility. Our daughter will start pre-school in November, so this is a relatively short-term arrangement.
