We are Santa Monica parents of a 3mo baby boy, looking for a nurturing full time nanny that can work as a team with us (and potentially another family as a nanny share). Must be reliable, communicative, and experienced. Must be comfortable with care in our homes, going to the park, doing other prearranged activities, and parents working in the home. Must be hygienic, transparent when ill, a non-smoker, and up to date on vaccinations. Must be creative, energetic, and stimulating to encourage developmental milestones. Must be willing to meal prep and feed, diaper change, manage sleep schedules, and do light housekeeping. Must be patient and familiar with babies with silent reflux.
