Hello! We are looking for a nanny who has experience with infant twins (6mo) or caring for two infants of the same or similar age. I work from home and will be present in the house much of the time the caregiver is here. During the day, we'd like our girls to stay busy with enriching activities such as reading, playing and spending plenty of time outdoors. Our ideal caregiver would help us establish routines for naps and would have experience with infant/toddler developmental needs and milestones, particularly how to create a developmentally appropriate routine including sleep and playtime activities. Willingness to spend lots of time outdoors is important to us, as is an energetic, creative, playful, and patient attitude. Start by mid-July at latest, sooner if possible. Three days/week to start, some flexibility for the right fit!
