Currently 5 mo, going on 6 mo. We do the wake, eat, play, sleep schedule. After feeding we make sure he burps and then in an up right position for at least 25-30 mins to avoid spitting up (had dealt with acid reflux). Then diaper change and get him ready for the day to play on his mat. Can do tummy time between 10mins to 15mins at a time unless he's dealing with teething, we read books instead while he chews on his teething toys or go for a walk. Eats every 3hrs(exclusively breastmilk) and don't do any screen time. Wake window varies between 1hr45mins-2hrs10mins. Does 4naps a day but may be dropping a nap soon. We play music during tummy time and speak to him mainly in Spanish and some English. We are looking for a nanny for the first 3 weeks of Dec. but would like to see how they interact with you and will book you for the day in Nov.
