Babysitter Needed To Save The Day (and My Sanity ;))

We have an interesting but complicated life! We split our time between SB & SF every other week to accommodate our respective custody schedules for our blended family + our company, First and foremost, we are looking for help on the weekdays when we are in Santa Barbara to reduce some of the stress that piles onto our work from school pick-ups + driving kids around to extracurriculars. Due to various leagues/seasonality, scheds vary but T (almost 12yo) and C (10yo) have most practices concentrated on Tue-Thu. We'll definitely have more hours available in summer, though for the right person, we can create an ideal sched together. I think the boys would be most excited to hang out with someone who has a relaxed, fun attitude, athletic (basketball skills = big plus!) & can hold their own with a couple of too-young-to-be-crazy-gamers.
