Babysitter/Nanny Needed For 3 Children In San Rafael

Were looking for a great babysitter for 3 girls (3, 5, and 9 yrs old). The girls can be a handful during the hours after school up until the bedtime and we're outnumbered, so we're looking for someone to help a few days per week on a regular basis (around 4 p.m. - 8pm), possibly some weekend times too. We're fairly flexible, and might be open to adding more hours/days per week if it's a good fit. Involves some light housework (folding laundry, simple meal prep, etc.) - mostly being with the kids but generally being helpful where needed here and there. Wed like someone who can do both fun/stimulating things with the kids and also maintain some discipline (making sure they clean up after themselves, stay seated at the table until dinner is finished, be polite, etc.). Being able to drive is also a plus
