Family Assistant/House Manager Needed In San Juan Capistrano

We're looking for a dependable, proactive family assistant to help with our 4 children, ages 13, 11, 5 and 2. This is a hybrid role combining light childcare for the 5- and 2-year-old during after school hours, carpooling for the older boys for sports and extracurricular activities, household management, and daily errands. Responsibilities: * School pick-up and afternoon carpooling for 4 kids * Managing after-school routines and activities * Light household organization and tidying * Occasional grocery shopping, errands, and simple meal prep * Coordinating household tasks and supplies Additional: * Ideal candidate is responsible, punctual, trustworthy, detail oriented, and great with kids. * If interested - extra babysitting hours available 1-2 nights per week for parent date nights. * Long-term position with a warm, respectful family.
