Nanny Needed For 2 Children In San Juan Capistrano

Our beloved nanny is leaving for medical school on June 15th and we are looking for her replacement. We have a 5yo son starting Kindergarten in the fall (currently in preschool) and a 10-month-old baby girl. Mom works part time from home, dad is an ER physician whose schedule is often changing. We are looking for someone part time at approximately 20 hours per week (with possibility to increase) who is open to a variable schedule (this would be provided far in advance) Most importantly we are looking for a proactive individual with experience caring for 2 children, who will be able to assist mom with light household chores/ meal prep and occasional cooking. Also hoping to find someone with the availability to accommodate occasional date nights and work events. We would love someone to grow with our family!
